Josh Howard - I think he would be a great addition coming in off the bench. Could be insurance if AK leaves next year. Only persue him if Matthews signs a bigger offer sheet of something.

Josh Boone - He can play the 4 and the 5 is a good shot blocker. Might be a better option the Doufus coming in off the bench. I liked him coming out of college.

Tracy McGrady - If he will come cheap. I am not sure what he still have in the tank but i am willing to find out.

Craig Smith - Would be an awesome back up to Millsap. He is short but the guy can play.

Ronnie Brewer - All things considered it might make DWill happy

Quinten Richardson - Has always struck me as a jazz type of player getting older but who knows

Aaron Gray - Had some flashes of being decent again he might be better then doufus

JJ Reddick - I know this is a pipe dream but it is my dream

Jonathan Bender - Who doesnt like athletic 7 footers

That entire list is depressing

Reddick is gone...signed an offer sheet with the Bulls, so he's either a Bull or back with the Magic.

There's really no point in even trying to improve ourselves this coming season. We're not going to get past the lakers in the playoffs. And even if by some miracle we do, we'll meet the 3 headed Heat monster in the finals. sigh....the life of a utah jazz fan.

Craig Smith would be a really good pickup.

I am also intrigued by the possibility of getting McGrady. In the Jazz's system he wouldnt have so much of a burden as he has had in his career. He would be a good secondary ball handler, and can still shoot he just cant get to the rim like he used to.

I thought McGrady was a terrible choice, but if he was cheap and all he had to do was play a few minutes and sit out on the 3pt line, he could add to the team.

why do you all want to miss the playoffs????????

I think McGrady's career is over. Knicks gave him every chance to show what he had and he stunk it up.

Craig Smith was signed by the Clippers on Thursday. The only player I like on that list is JJ but he's out of the question now. Man, is this really the best it's come to?

With the impending departure of Wes Matthews ... Pavlovic? Brewer?
*gasp* these are former Jazzmen!??!

stay away from Brewer and Sasha! That's like going back to a former lover, it never ends well.

Are you kidding me...Market is drying up...Jazz better move fast.

There's not much left.

Perhaps getting Brewer back and signing Shannon Brown would be a descent consolation for losing Mathews.

Craig Smith wouldn't be a bad pickup either as the backup PF.

Wilson Chandler is on the trade block. At just over 2M, I think he'd be a great addition. Maybe Chandler for the Brewer trade exception?
