Do you realize that if Rubio wins ROY that the last three ROY will all have come from the '09 draft?

Whats the lowest a ROY has been drafted? I know Steve Nash is the lowest drafted MVP. It seems most ROYs are top 5 picks.

Looked through the ROY list and looks like Mark Jackson who was drafted 18th was ROY. I didn't go further down teh list though.

if Kanter finds playing time, he will have the same chance as Rubio and Irving. Derrick will disappoint many people i believe

I think Burks has a good chance at it, he's only got CJ to beat out, and if he can score on a team, that is bereft of scoring... who knows. No one else drafted before him strikes me as the ROY... Derrick Williams if he can transition well, but I think if Dwill is in a position to win it, it's because of Rubio. If Jimmer throws up a bunch of points in Westphal's offense he could get it.

But I'd put Vegas money on DWill, Jimmer, or Burks. Kyrie has no shot, Kanter will probably have trouble adjusting. JVal is in Europe, Vesely doesn't have the skill, Biyombo can't play offense, Brandon Knight is on a team in self destruct mode, Kemba will have trouble adjusting, Klay Thompson is backing up 2 all stars.
