Lucas is shockingly bad. Is there a better PG for a tank than a scoring PG who can't score? He played 31 minutes, 2-10 FGs and 1 assist. You gotta love it, baby!

He Just needs to go up strong. Stop the 4 pump fakes crap. give em maybe one and either posterize em or draw the foul.

He was hammered on some of these, but ya, he has been exposed more than ever on offense, and he was exposed defensively tonight as well. I hope it's because he's still out of shape, but he struggled tonight!
 
It's going to be uphill all season for Kanter. Just in virtue of what his injury did to his offseason and preparation. The fact that he can still perform as reasonably well as he is thusfar is something to be pleased with

The opposing pg was playing about 12-ft off of Lucas and Tinsley. This team will look differently when Trey joins them. Even if he is terrible he will be better than what the Jazz have.

I have to agree, but he gets a pass until Trey comes back.
Hopefully this helps solidify Burke in that starting spot.

I don't get it. This was a positive post. Our good young players all played pretty to really well. The rest of our team is trash and played like it. The garbage-quality of everyone outside the C4 was intentional by the FO.

It worries me a lot actually. If you want growth from those other guys, you can't have that much dead weight playing with them. Especially at the most important position on the court.
 
I don't feel like Enes is 100%. Something's wrong. Don't know if it's fatigue, confidence, or injury but he hasn't been 100% for a few games back now.
It's a credit to him that he somehow wound up with 20 and 12 though. I mean wow.
 
Kanter is not ready jet, besides this he struggeled really hard with his shot today. He looks a bit slow going up, but i think that it will fix with time. This guy played no regular basketball games on a consistent for almost 4 years now. For a guy staying up from BB games for a regular basis, he is dropping very very good numbers.
 
Look at these statlines tho:

Favors - 14 pts, 17 reb, 4 ast
Kanter - 20 pts, 12 reb, 1 ast
Hayward - 18 pts, 10 reb, 8 ast
Burks - 15 pts, 2 reb
