Game #22 Jazz at Clippers. 11/30/17 8:30 Mtn

I love the morons worried that when rudy comes back the offense goes back to trash...

Look Favors is part of the offense being good but hardly the reason. Jonas shooting and DM playmaking will change Rudy’s life. Marginalizing Ricky’s creation will also help.

I think the offense continues to roll but it won’t be a parade of layups for our opponents like it was in the first half tonight.

Part of the reason to trade Favs is the awkward dance we will be doing to keep him a starter and donright by him. Everyone around the team seems to acknowledge that he’s gone after this season... once rudy is back I think you make the best deal you can.

Saint: and defenses
str8line: Donovan lights bonfires whenever he steps on the floor.
Archie: Jerebko deserves more credit.
MT: to argue donovan over rudy
MT: is to argue that donovan is a top 10 player
Saint: mitchell is shooting below 40% on the year and has a below average PER
Archie: We need a church of Jerebko thread.
Saint: but yes, he is better than Rudy Gobert....
Zombie: Mitchell Is amazing and has an incredibly bright future. But people get too excited about highlight plays and overrated players based on them
str8line: Stats don't tell everything.
Saint: it's just highly disrespectful
Archie: Thabo's aggressive offensive has impressed me too.
Saint: and you should be ashamed
str8line: Not about highlight plays. He sparks like crazy.
Zombie: Shame. Shame. Shame.
Saint: muted
str8line: LOL
Saint: got to give you the yamers treatment
Zombie: For real though Jonas has been a delight to watch
Archie: Mitchell has improved. He's still a poor shooter. His decision making on shots have improved tenfold though.
str8line: Tonight was great. AB was the big surprise.
Saint: he is not a poor shooter.....
Saint: good lrod archie
Archie: Mitchell is coming into his own though. His poise is contagious.
Saint: archie and str8line should make a baby and that baby might have a reasonable NBA take
Archie: Gtfoh
str8line: You'll see Cy. Talk to me at the end of the season.
Archie: He shoots like 30% on jumpers
Zombie: Yeah but it would be ugly tho
str8line: I'm not dissin Rudy in any way.
Zombie: When two men make a baby it gon be ugly.
Archie: Saint would argue Trump has a huge kak.
Zombie: That's just science.

Yeah, the thing is that when we add back Gobert, we should also be adding in some shooters like Hood and Johnson. The offense isn't going to regress dramatically. It isn't like Donovan isn't going to continue to improve, either. We should get Exum back at some point as well. I don't think we are even playing the best ball we could currently, as good as we have been.

str8line: Donovan is 21 games into the NBA and look at what he's done.
Zombie: We don't know that he doesnt. Not until the pee tape comes out.
Archie: Lol
DownUnder: whoa .. missed the last 1/4 .. wtf happened ?
str8line: Imagine 42 games in. Or 82. Would you keep Rudy or Don if you could only keep one?
MT: a slaughter
Archie: Jazz took a shooting Viagra and got hot.
Archie: Don.
MT: Undefeated in the piss-colored jerseys
Archie: Today's game has proven you can win without a defensive, non shooting big.
Archie: Your piss must have something wrong with it.
Zombie: Bruh you need more water in your diet
DownUnder: is this offensive output sustainable or are we just shooting the lights out atm ??
Archie: Well, fellows nice chatting with you. Great game by the Jazz. I think they're becoming who we thought they'd be before the season. Who would of thunk
Archie: Gobert being injured would do it?
str8line: Weirdest season ever.
MT: the way some people talk
MT: you'd think the Jazz have never been amazing on offense with Gobert on the court

@Archie Chatroom

u dumb af

Archie wants to trade Rudy... also remember him sayin DM was not that athletic... if Archie has some stock tips I’d love to know them so I can go the other way and retire. TIA

When we have those ultra-competitive games where it comes down to the last few minutes we are going to live or die by the Don. It's never been that way with Rudy as awesome as he is.

Don is straight-up magic.

Archie: MT, do you like denying reality?
str8line: My image of Rudy hasn't faded one bit.
Zombie: Feels unsustainable
Zombie: But! I do think the offense is getting good looks, and we have plenty of capable shooters.
Zombie: So our shooting will come back to earth, but I think overall we'll be fine
MT: the jazz last year with Gobert on the court and good spacing were really good on offense
MT: so saying that we're only good on offense now because Gobert is gone seems... hmm...
Zombie: Yeah it's nonsense. But, I mean, that team did have Hayward and Hill so...
Zombie: I think there are legit reasons to worry about the Faves Rubio and Gobert lineup
MT: that lineup is probably a lost cause

I have never understood posters who must tear down one Jazz player in order to prop up another. Basketball is a team game and it takes a team to win.

We could be ridiculously good and it looked like that for a minute at the end of preseason, I forget who it was against though. If everyone gets confident and stays healthy... and with Don and Rudy... it could get interesting.

Oh please, I'm not tearing down Rudy at all.

Zombie: If we can limit it to 10 minutes a game and play good enough defense not yo get in a hole well be fine
Saint: the Jazz have also played a lot of **** teams since gobert has been down
Archie: The reading comprehension on here and homerism is epic on if. Dear gawd.
MT: maybe you should leave

Me saying that I believe Donovan is our best player is not a slight to Rudy. I said it in October. Don's writing is on the wall, he's going to be incredible and he pretty much already is.

Honest question. Have you watched the Jazz play this year?
You might want to before you start name calling, guy.

I watch every game guy... I was exaggerating and trolling you on the other comment... this one wasn’t just for you.

I just love how quickly people forget that before Ricky was throwing bounce passes at Rudy’s ankles while he’s being guarded by 3 guys because there was no spacing.

Rudy was not the problem and anyone who watches the game and understands it would understand that.

Also I’m not sure you can accuse anyone of not watching after your early season comments about DMs athleticism... it was friggin clear as day that he was getting where he wanted to almost at will just wasn’t sure what to do when he got there.

People on here take a little of what someone says and translate it to mean something else to fit their weird *** narrative. It's weird, really.
