You know, this is the game the Jazz got Hill for. Pity he's not showing up.
Lose either way. Play the dude with upside.I just dont see how he helps. Defense wasnt the problem. The problem was scoring and guarding Durant. Exum definitely cant guard Durant and he hurts our half-court scoring. This was Mack's 2nd good game, but he kind of runs out of good stuff in the 4th quarter. I wouldn't play Exum in the 4th if I was Quin though. It's just being stuck between a rock and a hard place in regards to the PG rotation without Hill.
Where is Hayward going to go?
The Rockets don't play defense.
The Celtics can't rebound and their lottery pick is a few years away from impacting the league.
If the Jazz can make the right moves, Utah is a good situation.

Plus we can switch better. Oh wells can't be too upset but with hill out I think X could get a few more minutes.
I think he meant that the playoffs as a whole are anti climactic and pointless.Well anti-climatic is usually a big buildup to an ultimately disappointing end. This is kind of the opposite. I guess if you look at it just from a Jazz fan perspective I get his point. A climatic season killed by injuries in the big battle, making it anti-climatic.
Hayward is going to be very clued in on the Jazz off-season plans. If he likes them, he will stay. If he doesnt, he might be gone. I wonder how much of that hinges on Hill or making some kind of blockbuster deal.

Agree. The draft should be fun, Jazz is going to be really aggressive.
No I think that with hill out X should get some minutes. Tonight he was bad for his minutes (how many minutes did he get, 3 or something?) But sometimes his energy athleticism and size can help. You really ****ing think that's Quin's mindset right now? If it is, he probably doesnt deserve a head coaching job. I'm 100% confident that isnt his mindset.

If the Celtics make a deal for Paul George or Jimmy Butler, then that might attract Hayward to sign with them. That puts him in the east with another player comparable to himself, but that Celtics team will need more work.
If that is what he meant then he is right. The playoffs are anti climactic and pointless. Then that is wrong. It's a boring story line leading to an epic final battle. It's the 3rd Hobbit movie.
Don't think they could afford that, could they?If the Celtics make a deal for Paul George or Jimmy Butler, then that might attract Hayward to sign with them. That puts him in the east with another player comparable to himself, but that Celtics team will need more work.
I disagree. Great game for 90% of it.What a terrible game.
