It is not conjecture because I have played enough basketball and watched enough basketball to recognize factors that influence shooting percentages.

It is conjecture because you are not involved in making the decisions that may or may not change as the personel on the floor change. You are not familiar with the personality of these players. lol, the people I play basketball with seem to shoot threes at a lower percentage the more they shoot them.

And find ACTUAL facts and not the omniscient eye of yours to back up "more 3pt attempts = higher 3pt%."

I will spell this out , since it does not seem to be clear. There is causality relationship between volume of 3 point shots taken and the percentage of 3 point shots made. It is very difficult and unlikely to shoot a good percentage if the volume is low. They are not independent outputs. This is one of many reasons why the Spurs players would likely not shoot as high a percentage if they were playing for the jazz.

It's pretty clear I am not.
Obviously if you shoot 50 3 pointers a game, the defense is going to focus on defending the 3, and you will likely shoot a lower percentage.
Clearly I was making a direct comparison of the Spurs system, and the Jazz system, and not generalizing that there is an infinite return on shooting more and more 3 point shots under all circumstances for all players for all teams.

I am familiar with the players.
I am familiar with the teams.
I am familiar with the game plans.
I am familiar with the other teams and game plans for comparisons sake.
I am familiar with the philosophies, attitudes and beliefs of the above.
I am familiar with the habits and patterns of the above.
I am familiar with the statistical results of the above.
I am familiar with my own experience playing basketball.

I can use all of the above to make logical conjectures, as opposed to baseless conjectures.

I did perhaps over-react to you initially, due to residual baggage carried over from some other discussions with you and some others, though not everyone.\
You have gotten your shots in and then some, so I do not much regret anything in particular I said to you, although I do regret the time I wasted saying it.

It has been a frustrating season for many of us for many reasons.
Time to go fishing I guess.
