In reality, lots of teams use the flex (or versions of it), and we ran our own very successful flex for decades. So I assume he was making a comment about how we run it like a high school team.
He's right. This team should be learning the flex while we play to our strengths. Ty is trying to force the BMW offense without any tweaks. He should have a trick bag of late clock offense as a go to when the flex doesn't work (and it rarely does.)
