There is a Jazz game tonight.
They play another team who has nothing to play for.

The Pelicans tried to short cut a rebuild by signing a couple of over priced FAs and trading for a mediocre pg. left them in a tough spot.
Makes me appreciate how lucky the Jazz were when they brought in Boozer and Okur....lucky or KOC was really smart, or Jerry was a master.

I think the pelicans were hoping to be in the playoffs this year, instead they are only 8 wins ahead of the Jazz. Although to be honest, their poor play may be less attributed to their players and more the fault of the coaches for installing this crazy game day routine...

Really? As if Davis doesn't have enough to worry about besides his coaches conducting shoot around in Chinese. Do any of the Pelicans even speak Chinese? Strange.

I'm going to go against the grain here and suggest that we lose this game to aid our standing in the lottery.

I didn't care for our moves this off season, but Holiday isn't mediocre. Also the biggest reason why we are only 8 games ahead of the Jazz are because of injuries.

Trade Burke+Burks+Hayward+Kanter+Favors for Anthony Davis, pick Wiggins and future is bright:(

edit: The most important part:fire Corbin...

Speaking of low....

Not thrilled to keep getting flash-flood emergency alerts on my phone in New Orleans.
Reminders from tweeps that NOLA is below sea level and "protected by levees built by the lowest bidder that have failed once" isn't helping. -Jodi Genessy

Oh, and Alec Burks is doubtful.

Eric Gordon is out. Shocking I know.

And Tyreke Evans is starting at pg for the pelicans. He is 5-6 inches taller than Trey.
