That block and Rudy salute was so damn funny. Made my night.
History was made as Cooley became the first Jazzman to earn a salute from Rudy.

Jack Cooley has to have the worst haircut in the NBA.
I LOVE THIS MAN. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8jcFMm4axUU
Eh, it's bad, but there are a lot of NBA players.
One of my favorite plays of the game: Early in the 3rd quarter, Ty Lawson was going to the basket. Rudy was there to potentially contest the shot. Lawson went up and shot a really high floater that was off, and Rudy didn't jump or even lift an arm up. He literally just stood there, and it was enough to make Lawson alter his shot.

I remember that play. Rudy is feared and in opponents heads. Lol
Just think of how jealous Kanter would be watching that play. He only wishes he could alter shots just standing there and not lifting a finger. Lol
That escalated quicklyPlease, shut your ****ing hot mouth. Let that **** happen organically. We don't need your garbage karma ******* **** up.
He does alter shots. When they enter the paint and see Kanter there layups turn into dunks. Dunks turn into posters. floaters turn into layups, hookshots turn into finger rolls (or just dunks again). They LOVE to enter the paint and see Kanter there.
So are these the stats of an MVP canididate?
20 ppg
14 rbg
3 bpg
3 apg
2 spg
4 spg (salutes per game)
You realize that is not a huge stretch to see Rudy putting up numbers like that next season or the season after, right?
Ooh I get all tingly!
And I am the only one who thinks the salute is the coolest thing ever. Like seriously ever. It's like he is giving props to the team, the coaches, the organization, and the fans in one motion. Better even than "boom bitches".
WOAHHH! Let's not get ahead of ourselves here. "Boom Bitches!" was one of the greatest things to happen in the history of ever. Someday I hope they make a movie about it like "Rudy" with that being the culminating moment. Feel good flick of the year. . .
