Lamarcus Aldridge cannot score against Rudy Gobert, yet he eats Favors alive every time. It's so obvious dating back to his Portland days and this season. Hopefully Coach Snyder identified that and Favors guards Duncan with Gobert on Aldridge.

Tony Jones saying he plays Tuesday, Jody saying he's out (and maybe for the season).


Alec HAS played full-contact 3 on 3-- J think I'm gonna side with Tony here. I doubt he's out for the year

Did you know the Jazz have an all time winning percentage of .432 against the spurs. The Jazz have a losing record against 7 franchises, the spurs are ranked third from the bottom for the Jazz, with only the Celtics and the Lakers being better at beating the Jazz.

Since G-Time joined the Jazz the team is 4-20 against the spurs.

This season the Jazz have lost to the spurs by 37, 25, 18.

The Jazz last beat the spurs on Feb 23, 2015. Trey Burke led the way with 23 points. Gobert had 14 rebounds, Favors 10. Hayward shot 9-10 from the ft line, but only 4-15 on fgs.

Guard Alec Burks, who has been out with a fractured left fibula since Dec. 26, is still out and not expected to play the rest of the season.

ESPN cited him as the source for saying Burks is most likely done for the year.

I concur w/ @tribjazz. Sure, it's possible Burks won't play, but I haven't heard anyone from the Jazz say he won't.

Tony Jones has said he expects him back this week and as early as tonight and Jody Genessy followed up the previous post by saying he's heard he is close.

I was at that game when we beat the Spurs. It was the beginning of the Gobert era and I was right behind the Spurs bench. Great great game, I hope the Jazz come out with the same energy tonight.
