Game Thread - Jazz @ Mavericks 5 PM MTN

Im just watching the game now cause me my wife and daughter were at lagoon all day (i won some free passes in a bowling tournament for work. I ****ing love lagoon btw). Im in the middle of the second quarter. Very impressed by a tough as **** floater from grayson. Niang playing great on both ends. Niang had a deflected pass that went out of bounds on a very very crafty nice looking play early on. Despite the deflection i was very impressed by the play. He kinda slipped a screen as the ball handler with a really quick first step with the full intention of passing to joe for a three but the defender made a nice play to knock it out of bounds.
Udoh looks pretty useless. We are deep but there are limitations to our depth.
Dante looks like he belongs out there yet still seems to mostly suck on offense. I think he will get there he seems so close so often.
Royce having the nickname of buckets is ironic
Udoh was +11, third highest in the team, and played some really solid defense. I wouldn't call him useless.

It also hurts that he NEVER gets a whistle like he should. Unless he hits the ground after being bodyslammed he isn't getting anything, end even then only half of the time. . .

I loved how the refs looked at that Barea/Powell tag-team job for 5 minutes and then decided that Barea clotheslined him before he gathered. Ridiculous. I don't know what Dante needs to do to get continuation calls. Because I swear they give Harden FTs if the foul happened after his brain made the decision to drive.

What's wrong with this picture?

I think often though he is quick enough to make it pass most contact, but not enough body control etc to make the finishes at high speed. Watching X makes me realize how freaky players like Kyrie, Dame and Mitchell are around the rim at times (given their size and array of moves)

I watched his band live, not the best place to take a date to...

You're a braver man that me!

I saw the premier of his documentary shortly after he died at a showing on the Lower East Side - many of his fans and the Murder Junkies were there. That was close enough as I'd ever care to get!

Loved watching Allen and Niang play last night, two young players trying to carve out an nba career. Both played with aggression and confidence. That’s all you can ask from a rookie and DLeaguerlooking to make the league
