The only thing is, I've always felt this way. There are a few things in life that lift the spirits:
Watching the Lakers lose.
Watching the Utes lose. (actually, reading about it; I'd rather watch barf dry than a Ute game)
Watching Tiger Woods lose.
Watching Dale Jr. lose.
Watching the Heat lose.
Watching your mom undress.
Mother/son role play FTW.

Has he played this year? When I went to take a look at Ute fan boards last Friday to see some Hadley humor, there were little weasels claiming he was going to get suspended that day too. Who knows, maybe it sticks this week or today, but it sure has been floating out for weeks and nothing has happened.
of all the possibilities you go with attendance smack? it could be 2/3 full and still have more than the Ute stadium sold out.
The only trash talk left for BYU is attendance, and that's where you go? You have a full range of better options.
I think your trash talk is better when you're drunk, because when you're sober you have no game.

Did anybody read the SI article by Jeff Benedict on the Hadly situation? For the record, I think Hadly is probably a really good person who simply made a mistake but I think the article is a puff piece by an LDS author that was nothing more than an attempt to serve as pro-BYU propaganda.

After sitting amongst the BYU faithful, I'd take 45,000 "normal" folks over whatever that was I was mixed up in last weekend.

A major publication did a biased and pro-$$$ article? Shocking.
One of the radio nerds this morning was talking about that article getting more "hits" than any other article they have ever done or something like that. Guess it was a good idea that worked no matter how biased or unbiased it was. In all reality everyone is biased whether they admit it or not. Just write your piece as who you are and stop with the fake "unbiased" rhetoric already. Let your work stand on its own. In the end it's all an attempt to get readers and make money anyways, it's your stinking job so how "unbiased" can you really be.

Wow what a long hard road of redemption it has been for him these last 9 days.
Reminds me of the time my Mom went out of town when I was in high school and I had a party and she caught me when she came back and found some beer cans. Channel 5 news did a piece on how ****ing courageous I was for getting caught drinking and not spontaneously combusting on the spot.
Can a byu person explain how hadley has done anything courageous?
Also, the scene that dude laid out in the prison is one of the funniest things I've ever read. The one inmate starting the slow clap, then everyone chanting byu. Bahahahahaha.
