I don't think Hayward is that guy, really. Not quick or explosive enough. This is where a guy like Austin Rivers could come in, someone with a handle like that can probably get into the lane and make things happen. We still need Derrick Favors to become a dominant go-to player in the post, but I'm still optimistic about that happening.
Really feel like this attitude (with talent of course) is what we need to draft right now. Drafting the alpha dog, leadership, "it factor" should be the #1 priority no matter what position. Can Lillard bring this to the Jazz?
