No game thread yet, so I'm making one. Sorry if I broke any of the taboos and jinxes. I can't possibly keep track of all of them.

I honestly feel no Amare might be better for the trainwreck Knicks. I'm really nervous about this one. A win on the road could be real nice for a lot of our youngsters confidence moving forward on this grind away from the ESA.

Lin is a nice little player, but hopefully Harris and Watson can harrass him and make him work defensively because the Knicks are paper thin at the PG spot. Shumpert is a solid prospect, but definitely not a PG (where D'Antoni tried him at first and where he played unsuccessfully numerous times at G-Tech), and Toney Douglas is also not really a classic point guard...

Per usual, the key for our success will be getting out in transition and jamming it into Al and Paul when we're in the half court. I think both guys could have big nights tonight.

Go Jazz!!

Guard the three point line! No Amare=limited interior threat. There are, however, numerous Knicks who can go balls out from three point land. Al Jeff should be able to take it easy on D.

Also no run and gun. Stick to our grind it out half court game. We won't win a shoot out, it is just a fact

It's a funny picture. Don't worry, it takes 3 naked men pics to turn you gay.

GO JAZZ! Stomp on some Knicks! Show Carmelo how a team plays.

Cue Jeremy Lin. Had a good game last time out though. Knicks keeps starting a new point every week. Will Baron be the solution. PKM should be happy in that we will probably see a lot of Harrelson.

Obvious match up to watch is Melo vs Hayward/Howard/CJ maybe even some Sap.

*edit*
Oh and just read about Amare, that's rough and hope he can find some comfort in being with his family and grieving.

I can't believe Deron couldn't keep Jeremy Lin in check...if goes for 20+ against us, we deserve to lose. Wonder if he'll get starters minutes tonight?

Lin is starting. Expect a lot of lobs to Chandler and easy shots for Melo. We suck at pnr defense.

"Daddy, where did his ***** go?"

"He must be asian, son"

I bet that cover alone increased readership 1000x.

Other than the funny picture, nice game thread my friend.

Now I'm free and making the Pacers game thread but struggling with my internet connection. If it doesn't screw, I'll post the thread after this game.

For this game, I expect(hope) an easy win, because we didn't have many(easy ones) and the Knicks are a good chance to get one.

Don't be. The Knicks sucking has little to do with Stoudemire's drop in production and more with how Carmello sucks the life (and ball movement) out of every team he's on. We should win. If we don't, we choked.
