Gamethread: jazz in Cleveland playing "just one game" at 17:00

Kanter is definetly a better player than Favors right now. He can produce much more on minutes, Favors usually gets. Favors can´t produce on that level. With Kanter closing this game, we would win this one.

Kanter is a real WINNER you can feel it...

So we went from being mad at Ty for sitting Favors instead of Kanter on Monday to being mad at Ty for sitting Kanter instead of Favors today?

Bitching to bitch.

The Jazz just don't know how to close out games. Players don't really know their roles and there is no consistency in who is handling the ball. On offense, I'm sure the Jazz would have given at least one or two of these late possessions to Al.

Kanter is probably the most lethal offensive weapon since #32.

Just because favors is more of a Tyson chandler and not Duncan doesn't mean he sucks or can't be a devastating offensive weapon. Use kanter like Duncan or shaq. Run the offense through him. Use favors like Tyson chandler or amare (with the suns). Lots of lobs and dunks.

Better that Favors, Kanter, Hayward adn Burks learn these things now on a season when we know they are not going anywhere than next year. The more they learn now before the start of the post Al era (sweet lord please) the better.

We keep blaming Corbin but maybe we're just not a very good team yet...
Fine. If we're not a good team, we should be giving the young guys way more PT than vets like Williams and Foye. No point at all in giving scrubs starter minutes. The goal should be to build a better team -- one that actually has a chance to do something down the road. That's the problem I have with Corbin.

Kanter and favors should be starting every game now- they make Al and Millsap redundant. Burks should start instead of Foye whos really a good spot shooter but thats all.
All these close losses- are we tanking? If we are at least we're not playing 5 PFs at once.

Do you think Ty having Foye guard Kyrie Irving for the last 4 minutes of the game wasn't completely stupid?

No, that is a legit complaint. I just laugh at the idiotic arguements against Ty when there are so many good ones to be made.

Right. You play the guy who is playing the best. Monday, that guy was Favors. Today it was Kanter. Doesn't seem like a difficult concept to grasp. Perhaps it is for you. And Corbin.
