Favors should be ready as so Kanter. But if you have a coach who can't make a play to save his life, then Enes and Derrick aren't going to be the primal beasts they potentially can be. A team is like an engine, it needs all the parts to work. Playmaking is the key to the game, and communication..

I beg to differ.
if corbin coached this exact same team last year and this year jazz would have been top 3 in the west this year.
this jazz team is way more talented than the spurs team.
less experienced though
 
This was the first games in like forever i completely missed.
i woke up but remained in bed thinking to myself just 10-15 minutes so i get up just in time for the youngsters.
but after 10-15 minutes i said **** it and slept through the night like a baby
 
If you look at the Spurs roster, they really don't have that much talent. It's all about what they're doing in San Antonio that's making them look so good, and full credit goes to Pops. I do believe the Spurs are a playoff team without Pops, but they're nowhere near a #1 seed without him. I'd say #4 or #5 tops.

would you say that if spurs where coached by corbin for the last 2 years that they would be a #4 #5 seed?
 
The Jazz will finish with the 11th seed, behind Dallas and Portland.

The Jazz have enough talent to be a top 5 or 6 team in the West if they had a coach who has a little bit of a clue about coaching.

Since Corbin is the worst coach in the league, nothing surprises me anymore.

Corbin is 3-11 in the last 14 games. I mean, what the hell? I would fire his butt ASAP but a 'normal' team would let him go in the offseason. And the Jazz? Here we go: let the Corbin era beginn for the next 10 years as the head coach.

I have no trust left in the ownership and Front office.
 
Two things. First, the Jazz have missed the playoffs 3 times since moving to SLC. They are looking at a 4th.

Lets just put thing in perspective. Jefferson has been on the team for 3 years and the Jazz missed the playoffs twice. Technically Corbin has been coaching for three years and the Jazz have missed the playoffs twice.

Sounds like a recipe for disaster to continue with either player or coach.

Good.

Then we will finally begin to rebuild. We all know where Millsap and Jefferson can take us. We don't know how far kanter and favors can. That's why it's seriously overdue for us to start and play these young guys serious minutes. Playing the vets over the kids makes absolutely no sense right now. Most of them will be signing with other teams over the summer anyway. Play the kids and then we will finally know how good or bad they truly are.

IMO, kanter is going to be impressive. In fact, he and favors together are going to be impressive. Give these young guys playing time and I bet most of us won't even remember big al anymore.

This year should have been he year of the youngins. Sadly, it wasn't. The rest of his year should be experimenting with lineups and assessing better who to keep. It probably won't as Ty will continue to do what he has done. Next year should be he year of he youth movement. Burks, Hayward, favors, and Kanter should all play 30+ mins. Throw in Evans, Carroll, murphy, and a few draft picks and we will see what we got.

Doubt he'll answer any of our questions. He takes a few jabs, gets blasted, disappears for a few weeks, then reappears to take a few more jabs.
