Been here a long time.
Provided material.
Not always good.
Always respectful.
Been always nice to admin.
Kind of tired now, for the first time, for just dumb enforcement.
Is there any protocol?
Protocol for a guy that should have some/ANY benefit of the doubt?

None of this stuff is beyond 11th grade grade..... And I get so mad....
Cuz y'all suck.. but not in the good way... The bad way.
 
Not sure what this is about but yeah. I don't think certain people deserve special treatment but I do think the mods need to be mindful of the people who do provide the content this site lives off of. I know to some that notion is a joke, but it's not a joke. For many of us we are providing hours and hours worth of unpaid work that makes this an entertaining and valuable place to visit.

Dr. Jones is one of those people.

Are real estate prices going off the cliff? what else could be enough of a downer to get the doc to start this thread?

when I was a kid, like 5th grade, I was the dunce of the class. I spent the day looking out the window watching the shadows in the canyons on far away Seegmiller Mountain. I hadn't lenarned any poetry yet, ya know, the one about "My heart's in the Highlands a chasin the deer." I really didn't care what anyone thought and I liked myself. I do remember reading some books about Daniel Boone and Davy Crokett, and that colonial war ship captain, what's his name Jones wasn't it, with his "I have not yet begun to fight" courage. I loved freedom then as much as now.

I figure whatever the mods or management do, it's their house, their rules, but not much anyone does really bothers me much. I like people. I like them being free. If doc has a better idea of management I bet he could afford to set up a web site of his own, say a real eye-cathcher like. . . . The Arizona Strippers, or something. . . .

lots of turtle people would go wow at that.
 
I think you are in a time of questioning your existence and effort in an artificial place like this even though it has got far beyond artificial for you for many times and you find yourself close to these people. I agree that in your state it is hard to try hard and like the last few months' product in here, but if you decide to take a break, do it knowing that when this place starts to suck, you are not doing your part.

I actually just put a deposit down for 1/4 cow yesterday and I'm thinking of doing something similar with a pig

Translation: I'm not the only one who feels the appointment of OneBore was an astronomical fail.

I guess I should thank OneMom; since he drove me away, I've had a **** load of extra time to work, play with my kids, contemplate exercising, etc. #silverlining
