Sure it had a few moments, the best being haywards development. The other three were stunted by turds insistence to play vets. Like vets have some kind of mystical power that make them superior than far more talented young players. I also hate that we have no pick. I think what golden state did was one of the most disgusting things I have seen in modern sports. It's not like there is a superstar waiting at 7. We could have used both of those picks o be ready for a run next year. We are set back by one year because if this year. If significant changes are not made this offseason, we will not be in the playoff next year. This team bad lucked their way in and this play off experience some were raving about really seems silly now doesn't it?
We may still get some picks this year if KOC works some magic.
In my opinion, as I think many of us here agree, we need to move Al and probably Harris too. We have two veteran backup PGs to tutor a rookie PG or perhaps go after Dragic. We obviously need some 3-point shooters. We also shed Bell, Howard, and maybe CJ (might want to keep him for his 3-pt shooting) then move forward by adding pieces, like another shotblocking big to complement Favors, and we might be in business.

I agree with everything but keep CJ for his 3 pt shooting. Now that is funny. CJ is too inconsistent to rely on for his shooting. If CJ is still on the team next year I am going to scream.
The only thing CJ adds is transition play.
How do we hit shots when we load the team up with non-shooters: watson, tinsley, carroll, harris (usually). Even CJ has gotten bad.
This makes us very easy to beat by a team focussed on stopping the inside game, which the spurs have done extremely well even though they are not big. This is a fatal flaw.

...when you spend $169 bucks for the NBA t.v. package....all your doing is paying for another jailhouse tat on someone's body! You are not getting back anything beneficial of a personal nature!
