Getting Rid of Belly Fat

Skip lunch - it's just a made-up meal by the Wonder Bread people.

I eat whatever I want for breakfast and dinner and skip lunch - I do abs about 4 or 5 days a week (about 20 minutes). Play full court basketball 2x a week and do weights the other 5.

Instead of sitting on the couch and stuffing my face during The Jazz game, I sit on a exercise ball and do crunches with a medicine ball during commercials.

I can barely keep the ladies away.
 
Doing abs 4 or 5 times a week is way too much and you should not be doing it that often especially if you're trying to shrink your waistline or trim belly fat.
