Some posters were concerned that this trial was not getting the attention it deserved and that the media was busy hyping other issues and letting this one slide.

Well, this thread will allow us to follow any developments in the trial and express our opinions on what's going on.

Obviously there is significant potential for bombshells in this thing as she and Epstein were connected to many very wealthy and powerful people. I'm really interested to see where it goes.

I had to search CNN's webpage a bit to find this under "News and Buzz" which is more than halfway down their page and clearly separated from their most prominent headlines.

Wow. Unbelievable the lengths some people will do to chasing the elusive innocent virgin, or whatever the **** it was. That guy deserved a fate worse than death, sad he got off so easy. This woman deserves to be punished for enabling for sure, provided the allegations are true.

This. And the good old boys club influence is strong, so even if any names come out of this thing I do not have high hopes anything will really happen to anyone.

Unless there’s corroboration from multiple victims and/or some kind of proof I seriously doubt anybody except Maxwell goes down. Her testimony will be that of a sex trafficer trying to get her sentence reduced. Party photos and jet passengers won’t nearly be enough. Would like to see some scum burn over this but would put money against it.

It's validity probably has a lot to do with it's source. Where did you see it and where did it come from?

She's been found guilty on 5 of 6 counts.

I think this trial was less exciting than many of us thought it might be because I think many of us were hoping that many people would be named who were involved in these crimes but that doesn't seem to have happened so it was a bit of a let down.

At least she has been found guilty. I would hope that there is some sort of investigation ongoing to identify and prosecute others who victimized these children, but I've got to say I'm not holding my breath.

This remains to happen. There will be much revealed in an attempt to reduce her sentencing.
 
Good. Now it’s time for her to spill the beans and help prosecutors remove the other scum bags in our society who used Epstein’s services.

It was as exciting as I was anticipating. No media presence, no cameras, nothing at all. There will be no investigation into anyone else. They can say Epstein is dead and she was convicted, thus case closed.

The time for her to spill any beans would have been as part of a plea bargain. She has no incentive and I don't believe anyone is too hot on going after anyone else. I'd place strong money on this being the very last you hear of this (from a legal standpoint).
 
Just reading the tea leaves posted above, I see, Trump went to the island once, that we know of.

nah, Trump got his girls off of fashion show runways and whatever other high-end resorts. Well, who knows.

Epstein was working for the Israeli intelligence outfit, the Mosad or whatever. Everyone he "serviced" was a target for "Intelligence", probably very few exceptions.

The Chinese run places like this all over Asia and likely here too. Probably over twenty national intelligence agencies, and I bet Hunter Biden has been to all of them. His "laptop" is probably important to a legit investigation of almost everyone.

But it's not just the sex racket, it's the payola and "immoluments" generally. Couldn't count how many times Trump was investigated with no results, or how many proven corruption charges have been ignored for the players of the Establishment. People like McConnell and Fajuci. And the Queen of it all is Hillary.
