I still want Kuzma. I think the Jazz should till be in asset collection mode and should focus on getting the best player they can afford. At some point, they’re going to need to have quality guys and contracts they can trade. As long as it doesn’t get stupid. . . I think Kuzma is a great bet for that.

Also, I don’t feel like the draft makes it so he doesn’t fit at all. I think there’s plenty of minutes for now, and by the time there is a crunch. . . Danny Ainge is making some sort of big trade.

Dallas is going to crash and burn, and then Utah is going to make the biggest offer that’s ever been made when he asks out. Hopefully, they still have enough assets to fill out the team around Luka, Lauri, Walker, Taylor and Ochai. Still need another wing. . .

You have to have extreme talent and ability to what lebron did though. Like almost no one ever does what lebron did. He is like one of the greatest players of all time. Its strange to think that keyonte might take the same path as lebron though I hope he does.

I’m not saying he’s gonna turn into LeBron, I’m just saying give him the ball and let him live & learn, rather than let him sit on the bench behind a Kyle Lowry.

Yeah. If Ochai can develop into being able to create off the bounce, especially step-back threes, that's a championship level roster. He showed some flashes of that last year, but still a ways to go. If he can't develop it, we'll definitely need a better shooting guard.

Yeah, Utah doesnt want that.

They just want him to rebound and be a bit more impactful w/ disruption and do basic dribble/shoot/pass stuff.
 
It looks like Lowry is owed 30M this year and then is a free agent. Could we take on that whole amount? That would be a pretty sizeable trade exception that Miami could go use to get someone they are targeting.

What do you think would be fair value that Miami could give us for taking on his contract?

The great thing is it's expiring so doesn't mess anything up for next year.

From what I saw, Miami isnt really interested in paying to get off Lowry as of right now.
 
No thanks on Lowry. I thought Jason Terry did a pretty awesome job mentoring our guards last year and I'm confident he will do it with George as well.
