Gobert Not Happy About Going to Dleague?

Development and opportunity is key with any young player. I remember games early on where Rudy looked like a complete project. Hard work and perseverance got him here. It took Hayward 7 years to become an All star caliber player. If all goes well, Rudy will do it in 5. Huge. And he's still growing as a player.

Exactly. There were times Rudy looked completely lost on the court. Getting regular minutes in the DLeague helped his development. And I seriously doubt it was Corbin's decision alone. Lindsey would have given his assent. It may have even been Dennis' idea.
And unlike Hayward, it sure appears Rudy didn't hold a grudge as he gladly signed a new contract - despite Quin's first year when he was up in Rudy's grill at times.

Ya, it could have been dennis' idea or even Lindseys.

Rudy is top ten all NBA in my book. I'll be livid if he doesn't make the NBA next season.

When people by and large say he was the Jazz' best player last season... Build the statue now. Send it with him if he leaves but build the damn thing now.
