Goodbye Boozer, Millsap the right answer?

From the ice-age to the dole-age
There is but one concern
I have just discovered :
Millsap is not better than Boozer
Millsap is not better than Boozer

As Anthony said to Cleopatra
As he opened a crate of ale :
Millsap is not better than Boozer
Millsap is not better than Boozer

The question people keep asking is if Sap is good enough to replace Boozer straight up. The answer is yes.
That's not what we should be worrying about. We shouldn't worry about losing Boozer to FA. We need to
focus on who we are going to get to replace Sap's role off the bench. While Boozer has played here he's had
Sap backing him up most of the time. So when we lose Boozer, we'll need another PF to play along with Sap.

We've had two good PFs, and we will continue to need 2.
Sap will be ok taking over the starting role, as long as we get a new PF to play along side him in the draft or FA.

Maybe you mis-read. From the article:

Trade exceptions can't be added to anything. A team can acquire 125% of the salary they trade away (in a simultaneous trade). So if they have a $10 million player, he can be traded for up to $12.5 million in incoming salary. If they also have an outstanding trade exception for $5 million, they can't add it to the $12.5 million in order to acquire a player making $17.5 million. The trade exception can only be used to acquire a player or players making the amount of the exception or less (plus a $100,000 fudge factor).

So, Harp's TPE can only be used to acquire a player (or players) making $6.6mil or less next season.
