Gordon Hayward's Apotheosis

Decent article, but that man needs to change the colors of his site. I had to highlight the words so that I could read them
 
I didn't have any problems (Firefox browser).

Some interesting stuff, but wow! someone has too much time on his hands.
 
Summary:

1. Hayward is pretty middle of the pack when it comes to lottery wings.
2. Hayward (rookie) is well below average when it comes to Jazz wings (career).
3. Hayward has been a pretty smart player, with good shot selection.
4. Hayward become God during April, and therefore can be expected to improve a ton next year.
5. Lord of the Rings is awesome.
 
He does realize that being better than eight of the other guys in the assist category doesn't make him tied for 12 of 14 players, right?
 
i think Hayward will be the way better than george, aminu and slightly better than evan turner, wesley johnson. I see paul george as a elite lock defender though. He may be selected to the best defensive team in a couple of years
 
Amar is very involved in his blogs with plenty of stats. He usually has pretty insightful posts on twitter for those who do that. @allthatamar
 
Basically the author has made very good points almost unreadable in the midst of tables/charts with Gordon's face as the background and constant references to LOTR.

In a nutshell: Nothing we already don't know.

Gordon was way better and in an upper echelon offensively in the late season. Looks like he should be pretty good.

Gordon is a huge favorite of the author, and has made himself worthy of the Knicks pick everybody waited forever for.
