What's new

great Gordon Hayward vid

I think this is gonna be more than only one player's break-out year. I even consider the Jazz as the perfect candidate to break through their "tanker" label with some surprising effort and win ratio. The potential is there and it can turn into kinetic if the office does not hold the young roster back for the sake of unholy tanking.

Quality Video.

This is the year we'll see if Hayward is going to be All Star caliber. He'll need to be more consistent number 1.
I'm rooting for him

Being a consistent number one guy sounds like a little much to ask, imo. Ideally, I'd say he's best suited as the third best player on a contender. His absolute potential is the number two guy. But yes, it'll be interesting to see how he performs as the (likely) number one guy this season.

I get chills watching this. This season we are going to lose a lot, but it's going to be so fun!

Something I have always liked about Gordon is how fearless he is attacking the hoop. I remember his rookie year and how he would just break to the basket and go up against the big boys and throw it down over anyone and everyone. Was a nice little surprise there. Fun to watch that is for sure.

My take is a little different, Log.

He's always had an ability to drive but he used to get in the lane and not know what to do about the timber. It was frustrating at times.

It's a credit to Hayward's growth that he has (is) learning to finish much better. He has as good a shot as anyone at a breakout All Star year. You heard it here first.

Spot on.
Its almost a toss up who will have a breakout year for the jazz next year, but hayward would probably have the best odds in vegas.
