Wednesday versus Hornets. They lose this next one, and I'll start worrying
Agree. At #7, there's still a 25% chance they fall to 8th-10th. If they land in the 6th spot there's only a 4% chance of slipping back to 8th or 9th.If they finish anything past 7th it really ceases to matter.
It gonna come down to a coin flip... just watch
Big night for the pick. Warriors play Hornets in NOLA. Both teams are pathetic, both teams want a higher draft pick. Who can suck worse? Who has the least amount of pride? How many 3's will be chucked?
GS is going to finish with one of the 5 worst records. The Jazz will finsih with the best non-playoff record. And KOC will go grudgingly to NY for the Draft Lottery. And when they call out the 14th pick it will be Phx not Utah as expected. Defying the .01% odds Utah will win the 3rd pick in the Draft. believe it.
Warriors-Hornets score is 44-45 at half. At least it is close.
W's gotta keep games close so they can't be accused of tanking.
I think it would be a reppable task if someone would post a daily list of games and who we want to have win those games. Nevermind, just realized that some want us to make the playoffs and others don't .. so the opinion is subjective. So, it's definitely reppable if someone would make a daily post as to;
1. Who we want to win in order to get GSW's pick
2. Who we want to win in order to make the playoffs
3. Who we want to win if we want to miss the playoffs
Asking too much? I just don't stay up on these things and look to this thread for my laziness.
So here's like the 20th way to look at GS's record.
There's 5 teams that are very bad:
Charlotte
Washington
New Orleans
New Jersey
Toronto
Toronto is the best of these and has 31 losses. GS has 25.
After those 5 teams, we only need 2 of the following 4 teams to be worse than GS, these teams are:
Portland
Detroit
Sacto
Cleveland
So if we concentrate our negative energy on making these 4 teams lose, that pick is secured.
I look every day at the games.
GS watch:
1. GS over New Orleans
2. Atlanta over Cleveland
3. Washington over New Jersey
4. Chicago over Toronto
5. Denver over Detroit
Utah Playoff Watch
1. Orlando over Phoenix
2. OKC over LA Clippers (can catch LAC)
3. SA over Minnesota
4. Detroit over Denver
Obviously, there are going to be some conflicts. I'd rather see Detroit lose and help the GS pick than pull else a little closer to a higher seed if they were to win.
