Quick question. Can Booker be a slam dunk contest type dunker? Booker seems to get great air time and get up there with explosion and do it with great ease. This has been on my mind for a while now.

Forgive the comparison but his dunks remind me of Kenyon Martin's.

Wasn't a blow out like some ya thought. Gobert didn't play very good. I thought Jokic has a better game., Neither score a nunch but 4 assist along with 2 steals .. How does the biggets guy on the court only get 5 rebounds?? SOFT.. 30 minutes and 5 rebounds equals 1 board every 6 minutes and you are tallest guy on court. lmao

They had their challenges on offense.

On defense in the second half they almost completely shut down a team that routinely scores 100+ points.

True this same Denver team just laid the smack down on the Raptors who are probably in Tier 2 or 3 of best teams in the league right now.

I don't know if anybody else noticed this but it seemed like the Jazz focused on slowing down Denver's offense and once the clock got to <10 they would attack the ball handlers and passing lanes and play super aggressively. Great defensive gameplan from Q and without it I'm afraid we are talking about a really rough loss considering how we were shooting the ball.

Imagine playing defense like that AND shooting the ball decently. . .

If there was ever any proof you know nothing about basketball this post sums it up.

All the stats Jazz fans care about are the Ws. Jazz 3 Ws, and your Nuggets a big fat 0. The Jazz go for the sweep later. Losers spout off stats when their team loses because they got nothing us to talk about.

Jazz really seem to be starting to understand that they need to buckle down in the 4th and start getting their act together. And, as a result, look at that, a 4-game win streak. Not too shabby for the young fellas.

My hope is that they continue to build off of these battles and start piecing together some nice runs of Ws from here on out.

The CJ flagrant in the Detroit game looked accidental but Drummond took a hard spill so they called it. I thought as well that the hit on Gobert was accidental but looked bad. I think this is how they calla flagrant these days.

Too lazy to go back pages and grab all the posts to quote but also don't forget against the Kings when Rudy got the ball about the elbow 3pt line pass came to is right side hip area and the Kings back up Center had is face just a few inches from Rudy's chest and Rudy just went to bring the ball off his hip and maybe barely grazed the Kings player but he flopped like he was shot in the face and they reviewed and still called a flagrant 1 against Rudy.

My point is the Jazz have been on the negative side of this a lot more for a lot less then what Gallinari was last night.

Also in that same Detroit game where CJ got called for a flagrant don't forget he gave Booker a concussion and there was no foul let a lone a flagrant foul called on that, I am fine with none of them being called a flagrant personally but again just pointing out the discrepancy in calls as the reason they call them more closely now is to prevent concussions.

Lets also not forget the 3pt fouling where they're calling it close now to protect players from turning ankles and against HOU Harden made light contact Hood so could've been foul called on that but on top of it his momentum carrier him under Hood and he DID actually rolled his ankle but no foul called.

Guess he missed the ways Gobert blocks folks out to clear space for other Jazz rebounders. It happens more often than you might think.

I thought the Book concussion happened against Sacramento. Didn't Cousins slam his head?
