There have been some guys on the Summer League roster who have not much of ran at all. Rodney Green and Michael Stockton are a couple of note. Drew Gordon has been gathering splinters as well. I realize with a roster 0f 18 you can't play everyone an equal amount of time but I had high hopes for Green given his size the European stats. In Stockton's "big" run he scored 7 points in 8 minutes. Do the coaches know something we don't and are trying to keep them from other team's eyes but I know that Gordon and Green are supposed to play in Vegas. Just wondering if they will get a run tomorrow.

Danny Green and Gary Neal were "fringe" NBA players a year ago. Once you get past the elite three or four on each team you come up with Gordon Chiesa calls "the interchangeables." Those are guys that will sit on the bench and perhaps be rotational players but with them Chiesa thinks they and DLeague or European players are no different therefor the term "interchangeables." So with that the with the Core 4 or 5 we have now it seems like they coaches and front office ought to be on the lookout for these replacement parts.

Stockton sucked pretty hard when in the game. huge liability. but he didn't suck as hard as i anticipated.
Rodney Green played in the 2nd Italian league, which is an indicator that this dude is either not good or extremely lazy. He has bad shooting efficiency even in that setting paired with no passing ability, loose handle and no long range jumpshot. I guess coach figured that out in practice.
About Drew Gordon I was surprised too, as I was interested how he looks, but I guess the Jazz had too many frontcourtplayers and since his agent got him another spot in Vegas he was content with scouts watching him practice.

Gordon Chiesa is a nice old man. Not someone I would call brilliant.

Not saying I don't agree with some of that. Just saying.

I agree with every single one of you on Jazzfanz. Give the keys to baby Stock and let him drive this franchise for the next 18 years until we can sign up his spawn to take his place, Stockton the Third....

Restart the cycle and I don't see how we can't win infinity NBA championships.
