Harris Haters Apology Sign-Up Thread

So your claim is that Harris is why we won? So without his 2 points there is no way we had a 20 point lead?

I have no issues with Devin other than he seems to have no passion for the game, but to try to make him out to be the top player on the team is ludicrous. Most games Watson outplays him. We could trade him for any mid-level PG and not lose a step or skip a beat.

You need to take off the homer glasses as much as anyone else needs to stop hating.

Yeah I agree here.
I do wonder that the hell has happened to Harris's offense though.
We need at least 10 points from him most nights, and hopefully 10+ assists.
 
While i appreciate your support of a player, i do wonder why you support him with such ardor? Two other players on this team have higher assists per minute played and one of them is a small forward. This is because as soon as he clears half court he looks for anyone to unload the ball too, and then spends his time moving around the three point line looking to get a kick out. Worse when he gets the ball he shoots under 35 percent. Can't you see why other people are not doing handsprings over Devin?

TyCo happened. I've followed Harris throughout his career from when he was a Badger.
The Jazz literally play maybe 1-2 plays that Harris has usually implemented regularly in his career.
I dunno if the Jazz don't want him as a major part of the team because they don't see him being here much longer or if TyCo just has something personal against him, or if he's just inept...but this is not the real Devin Harris you're seeing here.
Give Harris some more pick and rolls/pops and isolation plays and he'll score the ball efficiently and effortlessly.
Having Harris just run the ball past half court and pass it off so the other 4 guys can run the offense while he hangs out in the corner, and the SG/SF is given more reign to be a playmaker is just a waste of Devin's talents.

Alright. Sign me up.

Its getting better. I not one of the ones who said he cant shoot though. I think he has a good shot. I was just worried about his dishing skills. But he is improving in the pick and roll. He is certainly not a pure point guard but, it looks like it can work with this team. Because we have guys sharing the load of assists. Like hayward. I do like the fact that harris fits on this team. I think thats the biggest thing. He also plays good defense and has a good attitude.

see some backhanded compliments in there but nontheless this is acceptable, 'preciate it--another soul survived, courtesy of the devinstator.
