I guess they do have a point of it being kind of generic and it will get used a lot by people for completely different reasons than Jazz basketball.
 
The problem I have with #TakeNote is that it sounds like we're 'crap' but we're actually 'not bad' so you guys better 'take note' of who we are. It's as if our play on the court is not good enough on its own so we need a name that raises our level.



I mean, would GSW or the Spurs use 'Take note'? No, right? Cos they don't need to. Their level of basketball speaks for itself.

LOL. GoSpursGo sounds like some 3rd graders came up with it. #TakeNote with the musical note is actually one of the more clever ones. GS is not bad, but SA's really sucks out loud.

I'm not actually comparing it with GS or Spurs ones, I'm just looking at it on a standalone basis. It just feels to me like we're forever going to be the underdogs... TakeNote ... "Look at me!!".

Probably has more to do with your own insecurity with the team. I don't read it that way at all, nor do I see anyone agreeing with you. Perhaps you should take up drinking, to help with the overthinking.;)

Haha.. yeah planning to have a beer or 2 watching the game today so I might actually do that.. lol
 
Sorry One Love; I usually support you but can't this time. With Utah going back to the note, I think having that word in the hash flag is a great idea. And I like TakeNote over Noteworthy.
To me it means everyone SHOULD take note. Jazz have been bad, but they're a legitimate team now. And you should take note of that.

Thanks Stifle for the support. For the record I'm 'OK' with 'takenote'. I don't hate it or anything I just think I would have liked #SweetHarmony a bit better.


But yeah, it's just my personal preference.
