We can bash him all we want. He got his max. And for people who are calling him a player that is motivated by cash, there aren't many players who are not.

The only time I bash players for money grabbing is when they leave a winning team for a crappy one. This is his first big contract and Utah sucked *** last year. He and his agent made a smart decision. I'm sure Favors' *** is just a little chapped right now.

I'm not bashing him because he found an idiot team to throw a max contract at him, or because of an idiot team that may match the offer. I'm bashing him for earning it based off the performance of a season on a team that had no talent, no coach, and sucked. I'm bashing him for not producing the numbers that are deserving of the contract he found. I'm bashing him, because Stephen Hawking could out perform him on the court if he wanted too.
 
Complete fail in the thread title. And GH would have been an idiot to not pursue his options and maximize his value.

You sound angry alright. Think of it that way. Hayward did not play like a max player and play the maestro point forward to lead to team to a better record. Jazz squeezed some luck out of the coin flip away from Boston and Magic picked A. Gordon. Then Jazz could be able to pick one of the highest profiles in the richest draft since Lebron. And now that James has decided, we can all see some consecutive announcements in FA market. So that we can see what we are doing with or without Hayward.
