Hey Duck, the MS 13 and La Mara 18 should get that label in my opinion. They murder, rob, steal, deal in durgs, women, booze...
 
At the end of the day, whether labeled "Cartel Member", "Street Gang", or "Terrorist", these groups all use fear, intimidation, and heinous acts of violence to get what they want regardless of their title. Which is why they all must be dealt with appropriately.

Well other than it could potentially burn the persons house down, no. It's wood, it's fire, that's it. However someone wants to perceive it is another story.

Hate crime legislation recognizes the reality that some crimes are designed not just to attack one person, but to intimidate others at the same time. they need to be carefully written, and the moties are often hard to prove, but they have a role.

I don't know. I'd probably be just as freaked out if someone lit a giant effigy of the stay puff marshmallow man on my front lawn.

I would, too. Sounds like someone would be taking Gostbusters way too seriously...

Still, you also agree that's different from a campfire, right?
