If you're gunna use the +/- argument, it makes Al's career look awful. And 7/16 is horrible for a center, especially if he isn't getting to the foul line.

If we're going to have a big as a first option, he better shoot above 50% and/or draw fouls. He better play passable defense. And if none of that is the case, he better not be taking minutes away from two #3 picks that we're trying to develop.

Hayward? hasn't played since he went toe to toe with Kobe last year. Favors? Meh. Kanter? Nice hustle player. Burks? Future allstar. He's the wing we've been waiting for CJ to develop into. Great athlete, good shooter, creates,defends good vision, all over the place. Of all the lotto picks, he's got that "IT" factor. That Kobe factor. He plays with some nasty confidence. He comes in and makes things happen.
