Do you think we could draft a top 10 two way player in Draymond Green? Do you think WE could be in the position to dump trash draft picks an $24,000,000 in salary for Iggy? Do you think we could find a Steph?

I won't say stop posting, but short of the Jazz nailing every single draft pick (which is extremely difficult to do) this is a pretty stupid idea (or at the very least an extremely simplistic idea...draft better, no ****ing ****, brilliant ****ing suggestion there).

And I don't really hate the Warriors for this, though now I'd rather see any non Kanter team win a championship over them. I hate Durant for this.
 
The Jazz HAVE made some stupid draft day mistakes. Horrible drafts were a big factor in the Stockton/Malone teams not winning a championship. Jazz were often just a player or two away but often drafted busts.

Hayward instead of George, Kanter instead of several others, Burke instead of Giannis, Burks instead of Kawhi. Jazz had several chances to get a future superstar. They whiffed every time. It's not just "you can't pick them all." It's that the scouting team has picked NONE. Gobert...he's the crowning draft glory. Heck, you can't even play him down the stretch due to his offensive ineptitude.

Dude, multiple people (myself included) have argued the point over and over to people like the thread creator that just want to bitch incessantly over every move the Jazz make (or don't make). These same threads, the same rehashed bitching, keep popping up.

I'm not responding seriously to trolling anymore.

How does one even respond seriously to this thread? "Oh yeah you're right Boris, the fans shouldn't put up with the Jazz not making THE perfect selection on EVERY pick." Give me a break.

I think the jazz should draft the next lebron and then trade for the next jordan and then pick up the next magic Johnson in free agency.

That's what I would do if I were the gm. Dennis lindsey is just too dumb and the Miller's are too cheap to follow my plan.

Seriously, dude are you going to continue whining about the Jazz with that kind of material. How about you pull out your magic crystal ball to help DL with making better choices. Every GM has missed on players. Name me one who hasn't. DL has missed a few just like all the GMs who passed on Thompson and Leonard, and Giannas. 22 GMs passed on Hood. 26 passed on Gobert. Just stop with the nonsense about Jazz fans should expect more.

Per the experts, the Jazz have one of the best young roster in the league. Guess where we got them? the Draft! If the Jazz hadn't lost 3 of their starters and 6th man for big chunks of the season, the Jazz would have been in the playoffs moving another step towards their goal of competing and winning a championship.

Every fan in the league could say this about their team, Eeyore. What a lot of them can't say right now is that they have a promising young roster.

Well, every team but those who DID identify a potential star. I'm not saying Jazz should have/could have hit on EVERY ONE of those picks. But they didn't hit on any. And identifying talent is what separates the Spurs and Warriors from teams like the Jazz. They got franchise players late in the draft. Utah didn't. And the Jazz don't have the luxury of attracting big name FA's. Our scouts/front office missed out. Maybe having a great draft team is >>>>>>>> important than bringing in 5-6 player development coaches, hoping you can turn a D-Leaguer into an NBA backup.
