No team in the league has overcome as much adversity and come out on top like the Jazz have.

Hayward leaving like he did. Bargain shopping for free agents after losing out on top end options to replace him. Exum hurt in the preseason and “out for the season” on a dumbass cheap shot. Hood and Joe Jesus not playing well enough to fill the void on offense. Starting lineup sucking ***. Gobert hurt. Sucking *** on the road. Gobert hurt again. Losing to the Hawks. . .

And somehow. . . look where they are now. One of the biggest turnarounds from nine under .500 to nine over .500 (and climbing). The Jazz have a good shot at getting up to either the 4th or 5th seed. That’s amazing. They’ve been playing playoff basketball for several weeks now and are absolutely blowing teams out.

This season has kicked ***.

I think we might win two games. If Rudy can sustain his recent play or improve and if Donovan rises to the occasion, with Ingles and Crowder hitting threes I wouldn't be surprised. I think Crowder could bring some nasty at the right moments to throw them a little. But yeah, realistically everything would have to go perfectly.

We win two games, we take the series. Wildly irrational I know, but I think their weakness is they are front runners. If we can grind out a couple of wins, that makes it at least a six games series. Doubt can creep in. With our defense, we are built to wear teams down. A six game series, or longer obviously, swings to our advantage. Our problem last year, one of them anyway, was we lacked confidence. The way we are playing, and even more importantly, the players we have now, do not lack for confidence. I say, bring em on! The way we laid the wood to them earlier this year is an indication that we can compete with them just fine when we believe in ourselves. So let's believe, and enjoy the ride!

The Jazz are an irritant. We play very well against the teams that are supposed to easily beat us. Our defense is solid and we are running with great confidence. You never know, one of these big team could come down with an injury (as could the Jazz, but hopefully not) at just the right time. G.S. has been dealing with the injury bug as of late, and we may surprise some people.
