It seems that there was more enthusiasm on Jazzfanz when we were bad than the last week or so as we have been winning some games. If there is anything to be excited about, I think it is Trey without a doubt. He makes everyone better. What is your feelings on the matter.

Personally, though I would like a top 7 pick in the next draft, I would also be excited if we started beating teams in the western conference on a consistent basis. I guess worse case scenario is if we end up 10-14 but even then, it isn't all bad. It likely means that Trey is big time and he makes other players better.

I don't need this year to be watchable. I want the Jazz to set themselves up for greatness. IMO, that is far more likely with a top pick in this years draft than it is without it.

Perhaps we will take a chapter out of the Warriors playbook and sit Burke and Favors due to "concussion like symptoms"

The Jazz are on pace for 16 wins. The bench is awful and will cost the Jazz a lot of games the rest of the way. The tank is still very strong!

I think the last 5 games are indicative of a rather melancholy truth: We are going to win atleast 40% of our games from here on out which will likely catapult us into the 9-14 range.

So you think we'll win at least 25 out of our last 62 games with this roster, the crappy bench, and the crappy coach with the majority of games against the tough Western Conference? I love Trey Burke's game, but I just don't see it. I predicted 24-58 before the season and I will be surprised if they get to 24 wins.

It's more than just being more likely, it's actually possible; I don't see any Championships on the horizon without a top pick in this draft.

We shall see, and i shall be there to point out my prediction if it prove accurate. Just basing it on the eye test. My eyes tell me that we are getting better as the year goes on. Burke will get better and so will KAnter and Favs. Rush will too. Hayward should be settled into his role by seasons end as well.

The Jazz have been fun to watch these last few games. What a difference a PG makes. I'm happy that Burke is looking really good and that he is making our other prospects look like legit players on a good team.

That said, after a lot of hesitation the start of this season got me fully on board with the tank. This team needs that last big piece. I would never have supported it before but it is what it is, I think the FO needs to create a few extra Ls by whatever means necessary.

If you take the pace after Trey's return it is a whole different story. If you've watched the team play since Trey's return you know it is a whole different story. I'm not convinced that Jazz can get a bottom 3 record at this point. Not with the lengths other teams seem willing to go to that I'm not sure the Jazz FO will.

In Lindsey we trust.

As good as Burke has looked, Spy is right.

This lineup is worthy of a championship

Burke/Neto
Hayward/Burks
Jabari Parker/Hayward
Kanter/Marvin
Favors/Gobert

It's looking like with Trey playing we aren't going to get a top 3 pick. Baring an injury we'll get 6-9 imo.

Aaron Gordon here we come baby!

I think the Jazz end up bottom 4-5. Simply because those eastern conference teams have to play each other a lot while the Jazz are going against the far superior western conference. In the end those eastern conference teams will have to beat each other at some point. I don't believe the Jazz will be bottom 3. And I still don't support a full on the court tank. A FO tank by not getting a bench to support our young players is okay with me. But telling the coach or players to lose on purpose or sitting healthy players in order to lose is not okay with me.
