Haven't read the thread. My thoughts? I want the tank. The young guys, particularly Burke, playing well doesn't excite me much, simply because it's not surprising me -- I have confidence these guys are good players. And that's precisely why we need Jabari. I'm sorry that some people were so dense to think we would be the worst team in history or that Trey wouldn't get his shot off in the NBA, but it was absolutely imperative we lost as many games as possible to add enough cushion to soften the damage from our late season mini-runs.

If just for once we could all collectively get together and keep the same goal for one damn season.

Go tank.

We shall see, and i shall be there to point out my prediction if it prove accurate. Just basing it on the eye test. My eyes tell me that we are getting better as the year goes on. Burke will get better and so will KAnter and Favs. Rush will too. Hayward should be settled into his role by seasons end as well.

Add in burks and jeremy who both are playing well along with the guys you mentioned and this tank is in SERIOUS trouble.

Though I want Burke to get better and for us to compete, my glass is raised as i say Tank On!!!... Tank on...

The Jazz have been fun to watch these last few games. What a difference a PG makes. I'm happy that Burke is looking really good and that he is making our other prospects look like legit players on a good team.

That said, after a lot of hesitation the start of this season got me fully on board with the tank. This team needs that last big piece. I would never have supported it before but it is what it is, I think the FO needs to create a few extra Ls by whatever means necessary.

It's looking like with Trey playing we aren't going to get a top 3 pick. Baring an injury we'll get 6-9 imo.

Aaron Gordon here we come baby!

Boooo

Hoping big time for embiid if we cant get wiggins/jabari

It seems that there was more enthusiasm on Jazzfanz when we were bad than the last week or so as we have been winning some games. If there is anything to be excited about, I think it is Trey without a doubt. He makes everyone better. What is your feelings on the matter.

Personally, though I would like a top 7 pick in the next draft, I would also be excited if we started beating teams in the western conference on a consistent basis. I guess worse case scenario is if we end up 10-14 but even then, it isn't all bad. It likely means that Trey is big time and he makes other players better.

What are you talking about the Jazz are still 4-16, last place in the West? Even with the East being crappy the Jazz are right there for a top 3 pick. It is like a no hitter your post is bring us bad Karma.

I still believe!!!!!!!

In the poll i put that i dont know how to feel but that is BS.......... I WANT THE TANK
Not only for the future of this team but its kinda fun in a perverse way to root for losses and crack jokes and stuff about competing with other tankers and what not.

It would not be any fun to just be in the middle and get a 12 pick in the draft even if that would mean that we are pretty good and still have a somewhat bright future........ Getting wiggins/jabar/randle/exum/embiid (plus free agents next summer and new coach) makes us contenders for championship very very quickly

GO TANK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Jazz can play well and still lose like they did with Indy. Wait until the Jazz go on the road if you think the tank is history. Now if the Jazz win 2 or 3 straight road games then I will be worried.

What is this 1984 book ya'll are talking about?

This eight game stretch, starting next week, will tell a lot about the future of the tank.

Literary Classic written by George Orwell in 1949 about a dystopian society where the government makes it illegal to have opinions that are contrary to the national "consensus." Government slogan is "war is peace ,freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength." In the book, some kids turn in their parents to the thought police and they just disappear. Kind of Sounds like Nazi Germany right? Anyway, many people consider some elements of the book to be prophetic.
