So you have to prove you are on the list first, then go to court and plead your case.
First of all, in order to prove you are on the list, you have to avoid death to drone missiles multiple times and even more, and you will still fail to prove it.
Next you show up to their doorstep to prove your innocence, where you will be picked up and basically given yourself up?

Is there a solution to this?

isn't the best way to survive the kill list to just be a white male with a non-"foreign"-sounding name? Doubt there are many Jim Smith's on the list.
