Hunting For Meat

Sucker.

For big game, carry 4 large heavy duty plastic bags, the kind with handles and ziplocks. Saw off the head, cut out the backstraps and the quarters, and leave what little is left for the predators. It'll save another animal's life for a week. 2 birds, 1 stone.

Or, you can go the whole route of cutting the *** and squeezing out the **** pellets, slitting the throat so you can pull the innards out by the wind pipe, and drag the entire damn carcass through the woods only to get little more meat and a lot to dispose of with nowhere near to send it to.

Gutting out is so easy though. Takes maybe 15 minutes. It's worth the extra meat.

I work with a lady who went down this road raising chickens to eat. Now she's a vegetarian.

cuz chickens are ****ing cute and funny and smart. I haven't eaten a bite of chicken since I've been taking care of these hens.

Kinda unlimited really. There is a fridge full of yogurt for employees (and visitors and contractors) to eat whenever they want.
I always eat two cups of yogurt each morning.

Most people, at least Americans, get their meat via factory farming. Factory farming, in my opinion, is wrong both morally and environmentally.

Those bacteria keep us all functioning. They fulfill the measure of their creation in their lifespans.

not all of them. Are you really saying that 100% of the culture-able bacteria we consume ends up 'living their course' within our bodies?

Fish says he doesn't like killing. He does as long as he's eating food and paying taxes to the US govt

I'm not too worried about that. I'm looking into all of this for purely selfish reasons, I think learning about this stuff might make me a happier/better person.

Just go fishing or something. You get to fillet/butcher meat then too, but it's less messy.

Providing mass meat at decent prices for the country is very difficult though. There is some give and take there, I think.
