Ty Corbin is one of (if not the absolute) worst head coaches in the NBA right now. I personally have thought that it's best to keep him through the whole season for tanking purposes, but I'm starting to come back off that position. A shakeup at the top of the organization would likely rejuvenate the young players and possibly risk getting wins that they wouldn't under Corbin, but he's mismanaging the young talent on this team that they may not be able to salvage Kanter or Burks if this continues.
I'm totally pissed that in a down year he hasn't seen the value of having all if the core young players that you hope to build around on the court at the same time. I don't want to see him screw up Burke and Gobert the same way he's been messing with Hayward, Burks and Kanter. They need to play together to see what they might be capable of down the road.
I'm to the point that I hope they dismiss Ty around the All-Star break and have Alex Jensen finish out the season as interim coach. His explicit instructions are to first and foremost find out what the kids can do and develop them as best he can. Something's got to change.
