Anyone think the Jazz will get a National Game on Opening night, Christmas Day, or MLK jr. day?

NBA is releasing most of the schedule tomorrow night

*Crosses Fingers*

What matchups do you guys want if so?

I would have to assume an opening night game would probably be most likely, because they've had a couple of them in recent years if I recall correctly (I remember Boozer's Jazz debut on ESPN specifically). Jazz/Bulls would be sick and probably the most realistic.

Utah tried simply going with Human Rights Day but it was determined that MLK should have his very own day which is one more day than people like Washington, Jefferson or Lincoln have.

Martin Luther King Jr. should have his own day, Utah is so backwards its shameful.

MLK is the only individual that has his very own federal holiday. Please explain to me what separates and elevates this one individual above every single other person that has contributed to the history of the US.

He's a black man.

well, I'm gonna say Jazz/Bulls. Not sure what holiday falls in early to mid March (here in Illinois we celebrate Pulaski Day, LOL, he was a Polish general in the Revolutionary War) but that's when the Jazz usually come to Chicago 'cause it's always been right around my birthday!!!! But I think the Bulls go to Utah in January so that would work for MLK day!

Lots of drinking? Leprechauns?? Wearing bright green clothing??? Ring any bells?

Oh, wait. I guess I should be more specific. It just occurred to me that some might think this is about Vinyl. I'm talking about St. Patty's day.

I can see Jazz/Bulls as a Thanksgiving game again. I doubt the Jazz get a Christmas home game. Actually, I hope they don't. Oklahoma City is probably more realistic.

Rose vs. Deron; Jefferson vs. Boozer; Jazz east vs. Jazz west;--it's a natural, eh? Don't hurt that Chicago is big-*** market, neither.

Man after the draft and the main couple weeks of free agency there is nothing else to talk bout? Off season really blows after those 2 main events

Wait the hole MLK Utah talk is sarcastic right... if not CJ has invited y'all to a party he'll bring the rope you just bring your neck.

Well there was actually 5 Christmas games last year so Jazz/Bulls would seem to be a logical choice. Also how about Heat at Cavs and Lakers/Celtics, Suns/Spurs, and Dallas/Magic.

We all know the game this guy would like to see.

Sorry, I hate nationally televised games. The NBA and the networks treat Utah like a west coast team which mean the games end around 1:30 am on the EC.
