If Ben simmons is in the Jazz team

He looked great in SL, very interesting player, but he isnt a good player yet. He is an experiment that I'm excited for, but I dont think he is close to a top 50 player the moment he starts his rookie year. Maybe by his 3rd year.

I looking forward to watching him this season. Can't blame the Sixers for being cautious with a foot injury tho.

LSU basketball is just a bunch of scrubs with inflated egos and that Quartermaine is a ******* **** stain! I watched the majority of Simmons games and those dudes were flat out woeful! They weren't even capable of getting him the ball in the post without turning it over and unfortunately he can't pass it to himself.

The game against Oklahoma was a perfect example of how the team rooted against Simmons. Good luck getting another top baller to that program you bunch of spuds.

Please dude. LSU had some pretty damn good players. It was mostly on the coach if anything. You can't tell me Tim Quarterman wasnt a great college player, especially when he made it to the NBA. He just wasnt a good fit with Simmons. LSU had some problems that year, their best shooter was injured most of the season too.

The fact is, it's just hard as **** to build a good team around a player like Simmons because of how unique he is. He really needs a team tailored to his skillset to win. I hope the Sixers figure it out, but it wouldn't surprise me if Simmons ends up being a net negative (especially if Embiid stays healthy all year).

Snyder would give Simmons a very short leash and treat him like he is treating Exum now ~ if you make any small mistake, you would get DNP-CD. and you would be in the dog house.

The jazz would probably use lame excuses like: Simmons does not have a jump shot, he can't shoot the threes and he can't play defense for benching simmons. The jazz fans would also lambast simmons with the same excuses.

Quarterman had his ego hurt because he still wanted to be 'the man'. All he showed me is that he was incapable of playing team basketball and doing whatever it takes to win. If that means a diminished role for himself then so be it. You are right though, the coach had no spine and couldn't make the tough call. If you aren't going to structure the team around Simmons don't ask him to come. The entire one-done situation is a FARCE but thats another conversation. Simmons has basically lost 2 years in the league because of it.

I was once ashamed on shane Warne who was a womanizer and drug user in sports. I hope he has changed his way. I Can't stand Bill lawry as a cricket commentator, annoying as hell.
My favourite cricketers are Steve Smith, Steve Waugh, Ricky Ponting and Dean Jones.
