It's not that odd. The "expert" consensus is this draft is loaded with rotation types, but really weak at the top. If KOC sees the 5-6 guys as being as good as the 2-4 guys, then getting an extra pick makes sense so long as he has a guy in the late draft that he actually wants.

I get your point, but im sick of ratatiion players, we need a star and to me that means keeping the 3rd pick and pray that either kanter, williams or irving, which ever falls to us, becomes that star.
