What sense is Jimmer one dimensional?
Offensively, he might be the most versatile PG the NCAA has seen in years. Long ball game, FT shooting, coming off screens, creating off the dribble, set shot, post up, floaters, and layups are all there. The NBA's MVP didn't have anything close to the game Jimmer had offensively. Drose has 3 moves. Drive and dunk. Drive and contort body to get a layup. Drive and hope to get fouled.
I don't see Jimmer getting to the lane very effectively in the NBA. IMO, he'll mostly be a spot up shooter and come off some screens. I'd much rather have the guy that can take it all the way to the rack and dunk/get fouled consistently.
Rose averaged 25 points and 7.7 assists this year...Jimmer doesn't have an offensive game to get him anywhere near that in the NBA. Comparing him to Rose is laughable.
