What's new

If we lose to Charlotte tonight...

Lol about cj having the most 3 pt attempts in a season

The real question here is if the Jazz had Jefferson (and Sap, and Mo, with less of the players that everyone has been waiting to see play real minutes for years now), would the win have been as big? Charlotte is terrible, but there are still degrees to wins and losses.

I think with everyone healthy the jazz win by about 15. And the bench would have still had a better +\-

From start to finish, it was a fun game to watch. That's the first time this season I can say that.

Seriously I have no doubt Jeremy could play the SF position better than Marvin. Besides I would be fine with Jeremy playing backup PF and moving Kanter into the starting position and not re-signing Big AL. Jeremy has more talent that you guys give him. He produces almost every time he gets minutes.

I don't know if you've noticed how high his center of gravity is and how poorly he moves laterally. He might work as a 3 or 4 against strictly bench players, but against a 240-pound chair or a ballhandler on the perimeter with any semblance of ability to break another player down he is a liability. Evans is like a combo forward version of combo guard Price. He's terrific in a pinch and can make an impact on the game with athleticism and effort alone.

That said, Marvin Williams is getting minutes because of his contract and is otherwise one of the most invisible players I have ever... umm... seen.
