If you had to choose one right now....

Who would you rather have?

David Locke said he'd choose Favors over Hayward If we could only keep one of them. He did say he loves Hayward and that it would be a hard choice. I'm interested to know who you would choose if you had to pick.

I didn't even need to think about it. I think it would be hard to pass on a 18/4/4 guy with potential to be a 20+/6/6 guy who plays great defense.

Wow. This poll has been over-run by zoobs. Seriously? Hayward over Favors? Give me a break cougar fan.

Simple question! TODAY with the way both are playing you have to go with Hayward. Favors potential is high, but potential doesn't always equal production in the long run.

So if someone votes for Hayward they are a "zoob", and if they vote for Favors they are a moran, I mean "Yewt"?
That is stupid....... ok, I'm off to vote for Hayward just to stick it to you then cuz thats how Im sposed tu vote, right?

Favors is a 10/10 on the potential scale and I believe he's further along than what we're seeing due to his lack of minutes. Favors all the way.

Hayward! It’s a tough choice, but Hayward has already shown on multiple occasions that he can take over a game and on both sides of the floor.

Fun stat:

In the last 10 games Favors is averaging 8.2 rebounds in only 23.6 minutes.

The dude has been a beast on the boards. It still drives me crazy that they don't find a way to get him more minutes. He has come in and rebounded better per minute than Kanter was earlier in the season. (I don't know that for sure, just a guess)

If the way they play NOW is the deciding factor, Hayward. Banking on the future, I really can't say at this point. Too much can happen.

Hayward is white.... in Utah.... just sayin....

I voted for Favors.... bigs don't drop into your lap but once every 20 years with this much potential. To top it off he is still a KID.

I love how people, for whatever reason, talk about big men as if they are some rare commodity.

Out of 15 teams in the West, how many do not have a really good PF? Or at least a young one with potential to be?

Potential is like a mental disorder. It can prevent a person from seeing things as they really are.

I was wondering the same thing, and I think you're right.

I'm really hoping we see a Jefferson trade this summer. The young bigs need minutes. I don't understand why you would want to bring a #3 pick off the bench for three straight years.

maybe the silver lining around not getting the GSW pick will be an Al trade. That is the best way to improve the team if we don't have a pick.

whatevar... that's really no consolation
