I'm just going to go ahead and say it

Dude is a freak of nature. The Jazz have found something incredibly special.

Saw him tonight; not only unlimited energy, great hops, but he's smart with the basketball too. Anyone questioning his making the roster ain't payin' attention...

Unreal athlete. Top 5% in the entire league. Very solid 5 on 5 player. Two big questions: 1) Will he still be a great athlete when he gains 20 pounds?; 2) Can he actually become a player who creates his own shot?

The answers to those questions don't bug me. He'll be valuable at some point. Ironically, I think he's pretty similar to Diaw. A young Diaw would not make me cry.

I would have said that Evans is physically more like a Tracy McGrady or maybe a Dennis Rodman. I don't see the Dwight Howard comparison.

Evans could help us a little bit during the early part of the season if he keeps this up. Thats when he will still be fresh and not worn out, and the other teams wont have their scouting reports out on him yet. He can surprise them a little bit off the bench. Now that Millsap is starting, we need some version of Millsap of the bench

A lot like Keon Clark, except with work ethic, and hopefully he'll never be that well acquainted with Mary Jane. Nice potential. He's really fun to watch. The Jazz President said he cried when he signed his contract, and when they gave him his first paycheck. Great kid.

Whoah guys...too much Kool-aid.

I think since the Jazz have never had anyone remotely athletic ever...the first decently athletic guy that walks into the building all of the sudden is the best athlete in the NBA.

Some are comparing him to Howard and Kemp. I'm thinking a little smaller scale. The kid reminds me of AK. There is no way he's going to put on enough weight to be a Milsap but he can easily be the next Jazz man to put up a 5 by 5.
