Is George Hill God?

No that would be Hayward. But it's actually pronounced Gourd not Gawd.;)

Based on his numbers and our win rate with him on the floor, I don't think there is any question. Hill is clearly a God.

Re-signing Hill has become even more important with the continued struggles/inconsistent of Rodney Hood.
 
Our major problem, outside of injuries, is so obviously point guard play. Out of all the PG's available, besides Lowry, I would take George. Those clamoring for Holiday forget he 's a walking injury waiting to happen. I hope we can bring George back this offseason.
 
Hill will be back for the playoffs, play stellar, help in winning some games and all the Jazzfanz naysayers will be singing his praises once again. They'll be so ecstatic at his steady play and solid direction, they'll be close to virtually fellating him.
 
Lindsey's priorities for the close of any season (per Dennis in the Woj podcast):

1. Health
2. Seeding
3. Team's rhythm

What you've seen (or not seen) from Hill is a reflection of those priorities. And they are good priorities, FYI.

Yep. Hood is obviously the key to making a serious dent in the playoffs. There's more than bad health at play here, though. He needs to fix his tunnel vision.

Not clamouring for Holiday at all but I forgot Hill's played every game this season and isn't injury prone.
Nor is favours
Neither is hood
Oh wait.......
I don't mind if we bring Hill back but for no more than 15 mill per. If he doesn't like that, draft then best PG available.
There draft is apparently loaded with them according to PGAB and even Cy who both know a lot more than me about upcoming draftees
1 We need PG who can shoot
2 Best available shooter consistently at SG
3 PF to replace Lyles and the Churro king.
We desperately need a back up PF for D Fave too.
Bugger it the only position I'm happy with out 1-2 punch is maybe SF with hay/slo mo and maybe Rudy/withey with how he's been playing recently (and team friendly contract)

when he misses half the season while scoffing at the jazz's attempts to extend him, visceral fans are going to get bitter.
