Is Memo done?

Love Memo the person, but I could see it was a mistake to resign him when we did reguarless of this injury.
He can never be pared with a big like Boozer or Big Al. Can't have two softies maning the paint.

He'll probably come back, but will be slower than ever. His shot will land him a job somewhere though(hopefully not here).

I think an Okur(healthy) and Big Al partnership would have been fun to watch. Unlike Boozer, Al can block shots and he is long. And that would have given us a much better chance against Gasol and Bynum as Boozer always had a problem with length.

We could have had some semblance of a "twin towers" but looks like Okur may never get the chance to be Big Al's frontcourt partner.

...Okur is through, done, finished, kaput! As soon as he blew out that tendon....he went from marginally valuable to completely worthless. Boy, did we throw alot of money away by signing him and Klinko to those long term contracts! No wonder the owners are mad as hades and will lock these clowns out till they get them down to about 30 percent of the takings! The NFL owners just told the players union to take a hike....until they get down to 40% of the take!
