Surprisingly decent list.
1. The Birds: I don't like at all.
2. Rear Window: I like it a lot. Probably my favorite Hitchcock.
3. There Will Be Blood: Pretty good.
4. Being John Malkovich: I like Adaptation better, but anything Kaufman writes is gold.
5. Heat: Awful.
6. Chinatown: Great movie! Possibly in my top 20.
7. Before Sunrise: Don't know what that is.
8. Mullholland Drive: I love it, even though whenever it's mentioned, I have to hear ******** about how confusing and complicated it is.
9. Breakfast at Tiffanny: Whatever.
10. Drive: It's okay I suppose. I barely remember what happens.
11. Wait Until Dark: Don't know it.
12. A Single Man: It's all right.
13. Lost in Translation: Pretty good.
14. Friday Night Lights: Not into sports movies.
15. Passion of the Christ: This one is pretty much a snuff film if you're not a Christian. It sucks.
You should definitely try 'Before Sunrise' and 'Wait Until Dark'... I really like them.
Re: The Birds,... You should watch it again keeping in mind "The Birds" refers to the girls that surround the protagonist's life rather than the actual "Birds" that attack human. (Birds is british slang for young girls). It's a very deep meaning movie by Hitchcock. I didn't get it at first but watch it again and you'll see what i mean.
Some of my favorite movies in no particular order:
Persona
Abre Los Ojos
Rashomon
Pelle the Conqueror
Network
Paths of Glory
Downfall
The Sixth Sense
Monty Python Life of Brian
Stand by me
Amores Perros
The Bicycle Thief
Ivan's Childhood
This is just off the top of my head. I'm sure I missed some that are in my top 10 or whatever. I also avoided including more than 1 movie by a single director, even though I love several Kurosawa and Bergman movies.

Good job, lots there I haven't seen, will definitely check them out.
You should definitely watch Abre Los Ojos, Amores Perros, Downfall, and Network. They are very accessible. And I'm sure you saw The Sixth Sense, Stand by me, and Monty Python if not, why not?? Paths of Glory is my favorite Kubrick movie, and it's sad that it doesn't get as much attention as the inferior 2001 and The Shining. The other foreign films might prove a bit esoteric if you're not a film buff, but that doesn't mean I don't recommend them. After all, Persona is probably my favorite movie of all time.
I like indy so I'm not really into Sixth Sense and Stand By Me, but your other ones seem really interesting.
I've tried to create a top 10 list before, pretty much impossible, even when you aren't ranking within the top 10.
The Sixth Sense is what turned me into a movie lover, so it will always have a special place in my heart. And it has an unbeatable atmosphere. Stand by me was my favorite movie growing up, and it carries a lot of sentimental value. Still a great movie when I watch it today.
Passion of the Christ.... smh
